How does the best price guarantee work ?

If you find a comparable product elswhere for a more favorable price, we try to make you the same price. So you can save time, money and nerves.
For this we need a proof (link, screenshot etc.) for reproducing the external price.



Where am I provided with further assistance and advice?

Information concerning our products are avaiable in the shop.

What means Call-Back ?

If you send us a question via email and wish to get personal advice by telefon, please just note this in the contact formular. We will call you back to the time you prefer (within our opening hours, mon - fri : 10 - 18:00 and sat: 10 - 14:00)

Do you also deliver abroad ?

We dont deliver abroad directly, but you can obtain our products by our business partners. Please contact us for the exact transport fees.

Do you provide a mail-order catalogue ?

Yes. We you can order our newsguide free of charge..

Can I use financing ?

Yes. You can use financing with the comfordcard. It is very easy and trouble-free.

How do I submit reclamation ?

Just call our hotline +49 (0)3435 9880-71 or send an email directly to our service department. Our Service team will treat your request and contact you as soon as possible .



3 Jahre Garantie

What is about guarantee ?

On every article purchased after the 1th april 2005 at our store, we grant a warranty of 36 months.
Wastage an wearparts, B-goods and demo articles are excluded. If there is a longer warranty provided by the manufacturer, this warranty period is valid. You need your sales slip to exert influence of this guarantee.



Do you have a newsletter ?

No. Not at the moment.


Questions regarding ordering



How can I place an order ?

You can order per mail, phone or fax. Of course you can also give us a visit in our branches in Naundorf where you can try every instrument by yourself and take it right away.


How do I know, if an article is avaiable ?

In our shop you can see the stock level which is showing if the article is stocked or if we have to order it. For further information or placing your order just call us at +49 (0)3435 988 00.


Are there differences between the ordering options ?

No. It doesn`t matter if you place your order by phone, fax or online.
Orders received by mail we process just as fast as orders given up by phone.


What can I do if I can´t find a special product ?

Beside the nearly 25.000 articles in our shop we can provide almost every other
equipment. Just give us a call at +49 (0) 3435 988 00 or email us. We contact you promptly.


What are my payment options ?

You have the following payment options:
Cash on delivery, prepayment, bank transfer, credit card (not feasible in all countrys), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or Comford Card (only germany).
As soon as we receive your payment we will deliver your order immediately.

Do you offer express-shipping ?

For very urgent orders we offer the Express-shipping. Please call the hotline for detailed informations : +49 (0) 3435 988 00.


How long does shipping take?

Your order is processed instantly. If you order till 17:00 pm, we ship the same day, otherwise at the latest the following day if we have it in stock.
The stock level you can see in the article description. For urgent deliveries you can use express-shipping (pleas see above).You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information if applicable.


How do I receive the package ?

Normally we send with UPS or DHL. In some cases, like express-shipping
we can make exeptions. Bulky goods and hugely heavy goods we deliver with a
forwarding agency. If this should be the case, we inform you about the further processing.


Can I also pick up the goods at your shop ?

Sure ! You are always welcome to visit us at our branches.
Just give us a call or write us an email which products you want to buy and we will provide them for collection. We look forward to be able to greet you as a guest sometime soon.


How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries within germany we offer free shipping. If you pay in advance, with credit card or comford card you don't have to pay extra fees. There is only a minimum purchase of 25 € or the possibility to pay a slender extra charge for smaller quantities (5€).
If you use cash on delivery, you just have to pay the fees for this service (4 € and 2 other € for the deliverycard) but no extra porto.


Can you also deliver to an other adress ?

Of course. Just specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order.
