For deliveries within germany we offer free shipping. If you pay in advance, with Pay Pal or comfortcard you dont have to pay extra fees. There is only a minimum purchase of 25 Euro or the possibility to pay a slender extra charge for smaller quantities.
 
If you use cash on delivery, you just have to pay the fees vor this service (4 Euro and 2 other Euro for the deliverycard) but no extra porto.

If you find a comparable product elswhere for a more favorable price, we try to make you the same price. So you can save time, money and nerves.

Here is the guideline if an product ist truly comparable:

• Is it exactly the same version ?
  
• Is it an original ?
• Is the other offer still up to date ?
• Are there any other fees coming along ?
• Is the offer also from an german trader ?
• Has the product the same availability ?

Especially the last point is important since there are a lot of black sheeps, offering goods for dumping prices, whitout beeing able to deliver.

We want you to order without any risk. Therefore we grant you an extended money-back guarantee of a whole month. You can send goods, purchased in our stores, back to us within 1 month. You will get your money back and if the price was more than 40 € we will also accept the shipping costs for you.

This extended money-back guarantee is not valid for custom-built goods, unsealed software as well as all products mentioned in § 312b passage 3 of BGB .

Please note that we just refund the complete amount if the product wasn`t in use. If you have used or demaged it, we can just refund the according worth.

This means extending the guarantee of the producers and an additional protection for you - and everything without any extra costs.

This extended guarantee is not counting for wear parts. This means all products which are subject of natural or regular wear. For instance strings, drumsticks, batteries/accumulators, crossfaders and lamps. Of course this extended guarantee is also not valid for equipment treatened improperly ore which had lost original state.

If your purchasing is too extensive to pay it at a single blow, you can use our very simple financing method: ComfortCard. It is offereing a proof an easy instant financing even without a certificate of salary.

Your will pay the balance in monthly rates. The ammount you can set yourself. ComfortCard ist absolutly free of charge, no annual subscription or service fee.
Extraordinary payments are possible anytime and also free of charge, for instance if you would like to expand your credit limit. The monthly interest are just charged for the actual credit balnce.
